You may return or exchange your book(s) within 14 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your book(s) must be in pristine condition - the spine must be uncracked and the pages must be unmarked.
If you purchased your book through Amazon or another retailer that is not this website (stygiansociety.com) we cannot process a return. It must be done directly through the website you purchased from.
If you are returning your book(s) due to a product error Stygian Society is responsible (wrong book(s) sent) we are happy to provide a pre-paid shipping label for the return.
If you are returning your book(s) due to a change of mind regarding your purchase, you are responsible for return shipping fees.
Once we receive your return, your full refund or exchange will be processed.
We currently ship within Canada and to the United States. If you are ordering from an international location, feel free to get in contact with us and we'll see what we can do!
Please note that shipping from Canada to international locations is pricey at the moment, which is why these locations are not included. So when writing to us, be prepared that you may get a $50+ quote on tracked shipping.
Canada and US orders are shipped via tracked, expedited mail. If you have ordered a limited edition book, an extra shipping rate is applied due to signature requirement.
